When the parcel arrives

1. Check the outer parcel for visible damage.
2. Open it carefully and keep the packaging while checking the order.
3. Compare the frame and lens details with your confirmation.
4. Contact the store with your order reference if anything is missing or damaged.

Keep a suitable protective case for storage. Follow local recycling guidance for the materials actually supplied; no sustainability certification is claimed here.
