Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible

Submit your order number and requested change to support. A request does not itself stop production or shipping; we will confirm the order stage and applicable charge. For orders not yet processing, contact us to confirm cancellation before work begins.

Processing, before dispatch

Changes or cancellations for frame-only items and accessories cost 0% of the order total. Orders containing prescription glasses or lenses cost 10% of the order total.

After dispatch

Changes or cancellations cost 30% of the order total for either category. These charges apply to order changes or cancellations, not as a general deduction from all returns. See Returns and refunds for quality issues and return eligibility.
