How to order glasses online

Ordering takes five steps: choose a frame, choose your prescription type, pick lenses, add your prescription and check out. You can type your prescription, upload a photo of it or send it later.

1. Choose a frame

Browse eyeglasses by shape, colour, size or material. On the product page, compare the measurements with a pair you already wear and pick a colour. If you only want the frame, choose frame only and go straight to the cart. The size chart and the fit check on each product page help you compare measurements without leaving the page.

2. Choose your prescription type

Select lenses and choose how you will use them: single vision, progressive, reading or non-prescription. Some frames are not suitable for progressive lenses, and the product page says so.

3. Pick lens type and index

Choose clear, blue-light, photochromic, tinted or polarized lenses where available, then a lens index. The order summary updates as you choose, so you can see what is included before you continue.

4. Add your prescription

  • Type it in: copy each value for the right and left eye, plus your PD.
  • Upload it: a clear photo or PDF of your prescription.
  • Send it later: finish your order now and add the prescription from your order page.

We review every prescription before production and contact you if a value needs checking.

5. Check out

Review your cart: frame colour, lens summary and prescription status for each pair. At checkout, enter your email and address, choose delivery and pay. Read the shipping and returns policies before you pay. Delivery options and their prices are shown at checkout before you confirm, together with the order total.

After you order

Your confirmation email has your order number. Enter it with your email address on the find your order page and we email you a secure link to the order, where you can follow prescription review and tracking after dispatch. If something is wrong, contact us soon; changes depend on how far the order has progressed.

Ordering a frame only

If you want to fit your own lenses or simply want the frame, choose frame only on the product page. The frame goes straight to your cart, and the price you see is the frame price.

Prescription review

Every prescription is checked before production. If a value looks unusual, is missing or does not match the lens you chose, we contact you before making anything. Your order page shows where the review stands, and you can add a prescription there if you chose to send it later.

Before you pay

  • The frame colour is the one you picked.
  • The lens summary shows the prescription type, lens type and index you wanted.
  • Each pair shows a prescription status: attached, or to be sent later.
  • Your email and address are correct, since order updates and the delivery go there.
  • Any discount code you have is applied before you pay.

Can I order glasses without my prescription to hand?

Yes. Choose send it later in the lens step and add it from your order page.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest and find your order later with your order number and email.

What if my prescription is outside the range shown?

Contact us before ordering. We will tell you whether the lenses can be made.

Can I change my order after paying?

Contact us as soon as possible. Whether a change is possible depends on the order's stage.
