Choosing frames
How do I choose a frame size?
Compare the measurements with a pair that fits comfortably. Total front width and bridge shape matter alongside lens width.
Are size labels enough?
No. Size labels are browsing aids. Check measurements and ask about any values marked as estimated.
Can any frame take progressive lenses?
No. The frame needs suitable lens height and fitting measurements. Check the product options and ask for a fitting review.
Can I order frame only?
Use the frame-only option where offered and review what is included before checkout.
Does face shape decide my frame?
No. Shape guides are styling ideas. Comfort and your preferences come first.
Prescriptions and lenses
What is PD?
Pupillary distance measures pupil centres in millimetres. Single and dual PD are different ways of recording it.
Can I use a contact lens prescription?
No. Ask your prescriber for an eyeglass prescription.
What if my prescription has prism?
Contact the store before ordering. Do not leave prism out or substitute a different value.
Should I add ADD to SPH?
Do not convert the prescription yourself unless your prescriber confirms the intended lens type and values.
Do blue-light lenses protect eye health?
We make no eye-health or sleep promises for blue-light filters.
Will photochromic lenses darken in my car?
Only a little. Most windscreens block the ultraviolet light that makes them darken, so keep sunglasses in the car if you want tint while driving.
Are polarized lenses suitable at night?
Dark polarized sunglasses are for appropriate daylight conditions, not night driving.

How much does delivery cost?

How should I clean my lenses?
Follow the lens supplier’s care instructions. Use a clean microfibre cloth and suitable cleaning solution; avoid abrasive materials and heat.
My glasses feel uneven. What should I do?
Ask an optician to check the fit. Do not heat or force the frame yourself.
How do I get support?
Use the contact page and include your order reference if you have one. Avoid sharing payment details.
