One-year product warranty

CCSPACE's test-phase frame warranty covers manufacturing defects in frame materials or workmanship for 365 days from delivery. Final commercial warranty terms require owner confirmation before launch. This is separate from the 14-day return window and does not limit statutory rights.

Coverage and exclusions

Contact support with your order number and a description or photos of the defect. We assess the issue and arrange the appropriate repair, replacement or refund. Damage caused by accidents, negligence or improper care is excluded. The warranty does not promise scratch-proof lenses or accidental-damage cover, and does not reduce statutory rights.
