Prescription errors and remakes

If we made a mistake

If CCSPACE made your lenses to a prescription different from the order we accepted, submit the after-sales form with your order number. We will check the prescription against our production record. If we made the mistake, we provide a prepaid return label and remake the glasses without charge, or offer a refund to the original payment method.

If you entered incorrect information

Please check the prescription you submit before ordering. If the supplied values were wrong, submit the after-sales form within 14 days of delivery. We can offer one discounted remake; contact support for the test-phase price (见客服). You pay return shipping and we confirm any outbound shipping before work begins. Custom-made lenses are excluded from change-of-mind returns, while remedies for defects or our errors remain available.
