Processing and delivery

Most orders leave us within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Prescription review or missing information can extend processing. Transit estimates start when the parcel is dispatched, not when you pay.

US delivery options

Standard shipping costs $4.95 with an estimated 9–14 business days in transit. Checkout shows the final shipping charge for your destination.

Free standard shipping

Orders of $59 or more after item discounts, excluding tax and shipping, qualify in these destinations: US, CA, GB, AU, DE, IT, AT, BE, BR, FI, FR, IE, JP, MA, NL, NZ, NO, PR, PL, PT, SG, KR, ES, SE and CH. No code is needed. Checkout shows the available destination services and final charge. We do not ship to PS or AR. For orders above 20 pairs, contact support for a shipping quote before checkout.

Tracking and delivery help

We email tracking after dispatch. Contact us promptly about transit damage. Customs, incomplete addresses and events beyond our control can delay delivery. Billing and shipping countries may differ. Ask support about combining orders of up to four pairs without vouchers or promotions; eligible combined shipments may receive a partial shipping refund.

Taxes and duties

United States: sales tax is calculated at checkout from your delivery state. United Kingdom and Eurozone: prices include VAT. Canada and Brazil: prices do not include import duties or taxes; any charged by customs are paid by the recipient on delivery. Tax rules are subject to our final policy before launch.
