About rectangle frames
A rectangle frame follows the natural line of the brow, which is why it rarely looks out of place. Slim rectangles keep the face open and suit strong prescriptions, because a smaller lens means thinner edges. Deeper rectangles give more room for reading and progressive zones. Semi-rimless rectangles look lighter still. If you are choosing a first pair or one pair for everything, a medium-width rectangle in a neutral colour is a safe place to start.
