Information used

We collect account and contact details, delivery and order information, support messages, reviews, and prescription measurements or uploaded files when you provide them. We use prescription data to make lenses and arrange optician review; only authorised store staff and service providers involved in the order should access it. We use Medusa Cloud for the store, PayPal for payment, Resend for transactional email when enabled, and private file storage (S3 or Medusa Cloud File, depending on deployment). Delivery providers receive shipping details. Public product images may load from external image hosts.

Prescription information

Please submit prescription data only after checking the consent box beside the form. Images are converted to JPEG without original EXIF metadata; PDFs are kept as private originals. CCSPACE keeps prescription values and files for 12 months after an order is completed, or 12 months after upload if no order is placed, then erases them automatically. You can ask for earlier deletion through Account → Support requests or the after-sales form. We verify your request before removing private files and prescription values. Order, payment and shipping records remain where required. Backups and downstream copies follow their separate schedules.

Health data and your rights

Prescription values, files and exam dates are health data. We use them only with the consent you give beside the prescription form, and only to review your prescription, make and check your lenses and handle after-sales requests. We never sell them, use them for advertising or share them with analytics or marketing services. Store staff, the reviewing optician and our lens lab can see them; our hosting and file storage providers hold them for us and may store them outside your country, including in the United States, with contractual safeguards where the law requires. You can withdraw consent, or ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, through Account → Support requests or the contact page. Withdrawing consent stops further use but does not undo work already done on an order. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Choices and contact

Use Account → Support requests to request data deletion or export, or contact us through the contact page. Essential sign-in, cart and order cookies support checkout. If you tick the prescription consent box, an unfinished prescription is kept only in this tab's session storage for 30 minutes after your last edit so you can recover it after a reload. It contains form values only, never uploaded files or contact details. It is cleared when you add the glasses to your cart, start over, untick consent, sign out or close the tab. You can also clear a restored draft in the form. Prescription values are not stored in local storage, IndexedDB or cookies. Optional browser storage for recent searches, viewed frames and a guest wishlist is off until you enable it below. PayPal may set its own cookies when you open payment. We count anonymous, cookie-free usage events (pages and steps viewed, frames and lens options chosen, order totals) to improve the store. They never include your name, email, address, phone, prescription or payment details. A random visit id is kept only in this tab's session storage, IP addresses are not stored, events are deleted after 180 days, and nothing is sent when your browser asks sites not to track you (Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control). Google Analytics and the Meta pixel are separate and load only as your cookie choice allows (see Analytics and marketing tools). Transactional email and operational logs may contain order or contact details. CCSPACE is the test-phase legal and store name; the owner must confirm the final legal address and privacy contact before live sales.

Cookie choices

Essential cookies keep you signed in, hold your cart and market, and remember your cookie choice; they are always on. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional. In Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Brazil they stay off until you accept them in the cookie banner. In the United States they are on by default and you can turn them off at any time. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we treat it as a refusal and do not load them. You can change your choice whenever you like from the link at the bottom of every page (Cookie settings, or Your privacy choices in the United States) or with Change cookie settings on this page.

Analytics and marketing tools

When they are turned on for the store and your cookie choice allows them, we use two outside tools. Google Analytics (Google) counts pages viewed and shopping steps: product views, cart, checkout and purchases with the order number, total and currency. It shows us how the store is used. The Meta pixel (Meta) records product views, cart, checkout and purchases on shopping pages so we can measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. We never send either of them your name, email, phone, address, prescription, lens choices or search words, and the Meta pixel does not run on the lens, prescription, account or order pages other than the order confirmation. We pass your choice to Google with its consent signals, so advertising cookies are set only if you allow marketing. Each company also processes this data under its own privacy policy and may handle it outside your country, including in the United States. We keep Google Analytics data for no more than 14 months. Refusing or withdrawing consent never limits what you can buy. Our own anonymous usage counts described above use no cookies and are not affected by this choice.
